Mother Nature was busy making winds and rain on September 8, but the participants in the annual DiTrolio Flexographic Institute’s golf outing are ready to make the event happen on October 2 – rain or shine – at Oak Meadows Golf  Club in Addison, IL, USA.

The event raises money for the institute’s student scholarship fund, which gives future flexo press operators opportunities to be trained and start their careers in the industry.

Interested parties can participate in three ways: playing golf, signing on as a sponsor in various categories, and donating a prize for the raffle, promotional items for the golfers, or funds for the scholarship. Sponsors this year include CMM International, Advanced  Prepress Graphics and Harper Corporation of  America.
